Appearance: Nathaniel stands at five feet seven inches and has the body of a professional swimmer. He’s lean with muscles that stretch long so that he doesn’t look nearly as strong as he actually is. His naturally pale skin can sometimes be caught toasted to a light tan after he spends enough time in the sun and he has the long slim fingers of a gifted artist. He looks very young for his age like a boy who hasn’t quite reached puberty yet but his eyes show just how old he is.
Nathaniel’s eyes are a soft baby blue color and though they are usually sparkling with laughter if you look closely enough you can see the flicker of darkness in them left over from all of the terrible things he’s seen and gone through. His hair is thick, straight, and golden blond, hanging just an inch or so past his ears with bangs that shade his baby blues and he is usually seen wearing it brushed neat and parted. He has thick long eyelashes and a small sweet innocent smile that would make anyone think “good boy” when looking at him.
Personality: Nathaniel is often defined by his friends as loyal and happy. In everything he does his friends and those he serves come first. He is one of those people who would gladly jump in front of a speeding bullet for one he cares for and continue to ask if that loved one is okay until he went unconscious. Nathaniel is always in a bright mood and has a talent for making people laugh and smile even when they have tears in their eyes. He’s always up for hanging out and having a good time and is often defined as the “life of the party”. With a knack for first aid, cooking, and cleaning, he is also jokingly referred to as the “perfect house wife”. Nathaniel is not, however, ruthless and trouble making like most teenage boys his age but kind, responsible, and very respectful to all around him. It is very rare to ever see Nathaniel without a smile on his face and he has never been known to cause any trouble.
However, there is a side to Nathaniel his friends don’t know about that he expresses only through his paintings which he keeps safely locked in his room where no one can ever see them. It is almost impossible for Nathaniel to hate anyone but he does have a very strong fear of lycanthropes that can easily be mistaken for hatred. He has never, however, admitted this fear to anyone and is such an expert at hiding it that the only person who could have ever even guessed it was there was his brother. Though he is always upbeat and cheerful around his friends Nathaniel has a much darker outlook on life then he lets show and only lets it overwhelm him when he is safely behind closed doors. With only his paintings as a way to let his feelings out Nathaniel’s body has a habit of expressing itself on its own by giving him constant nightmares almost every night and frequent panic attacks at which he is as good at hiding. Nathaniel might be secretly disturbed about many things but he does his best to always stay positive and he is hopeful for his future.
History: Nathaniel was born into a family of human servants that work for a weretiger pard. His father, Richard Graison tried to take his family and run from the life of servitude they lived after finding out his wife was pregnant with their second son. Unfortunately, it is very hard to outsmart a lycanthrope and they didn’t get very far before being caught. Richard Graison was murdered by the pard to teach not only his family but all of the human servants what happened at any show of disloyalty. Nathaniel was that second son and his father was put to death four moths before his birth. Lillian Graison was devastated and the night after Nathaniel was born committed suicide in desperation to be with her love again. Nathaniel never knew either of his parents. All he had was his brother, Stephen Graison.
Nathaniel grew up with the weretiger pard that owned his family and since his brother never liked to talk about his parents he never asked much about them. That was the way Nathaniel lived. Do as you’re told and don’t ask questions. He never had a problem with that. Being a submissive and a masochist Nathaniel actually liked serving the tigers. He enjoyed doing whatever they told him to and always worked his hardest to please them. Though he was servant to the whole family at a very young age it became that he was to specifically serve the weretiger’s young princess Miss. Diana Levitsky. For this reason he was chosen by Master Levitsky to accompany his young mistress to Caldwell Academy. Nathaniel is very loyal to Diana and though she is often very hard to please he has no true problem with her.
Stephen and Nathaniel were very close seeing as they were the only family they had and were the best of friends. They did everything together and it was rare to see one without the other. Everyone had always said that if Stephen hadn’t been six years older than Nathaniel they would have been twins both in looks and everything else. Stephen had always been the person Nathaniel went to for everything and they kept no secrets from each other. Then the day came in Nathaniel’s fourth year of school, his first time there without his dear brother, that Stephen escaped leaving a note behind saying that he was finally going free and one day soon he would come and take his little brother with him. That had been two years ago and still Nathaniel hasn’t heard a word from Stephen. He isn’t even sure his brother is still alive. But he’s hopeful.[/b]
